TinySteps was developed together with patients, physiotherapists and neurologists to offer people with myasthenia gravis (MG) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) an opportunity to be active in their everyday lives.

In the app you will find exercises specifically tailored to the respective illness, live exercises to take part in every two weeks, and useful information about the respective illness.
