In the late 90’s, Jerome Maldonado started JJacob enterprises inc, where he is still the president and CEO of the corporation. Jacob enterprises inc focuses on real estate investments, real estate development, and general construction development. Jacob enterprises inc. started as a small construction company focused on tentative improvements, and today has propelled to a multimillion dollar corporation with holdings in the commercial retail sector and in the multi family sector. JJacob enterprises also continues to build and develop residential custom home subdivisions and small and medium commercial developments.
