The application is only for corporate clients of MegaFon with the activated service "Personnel Control"

Personnel Control is a service for organizing productive work and improving the efficiency of traveling employees or those working out of the office.

The application is designed for repair and maintenance companies, private security companies, delivery services, drivers and freight forwarders, merchandisers and sales representatives, public utilities employees.

Work efficiency is enhanced by service modules that discipline employees, automate communication and coordination of processes, evaluate working hours and generate reports. As a result, the volume and quality of the work performed by each employee and the entire team increase.

With the help of the service “Human Resources Control” you will be able to:

- set tasks - in advance or online, to a specific employee or the one closest to the object, one at a time or several at once, by uploading them in a list or through the API of your service;

- automatically receive the status of work performance and the location of the employee;

- chat with employees directly from the interface, exchange photos and documents in it for a specific task;

- generate reports for post-analysis and search for bottlenecks.

In the application, your employees will be able to:

- see assigned tasks - in a list or on a map;

- see the details in the task card - address, due date, client contacts, comments;

- build routes thanks to automatic integration with the navigator installed on your smartphone;

- leave comments on the task and add photos, videos and documents;

- complete tasks in the execution zone, and other statuses - "in the queue", "on the way", "in progress" - are switched automatically.
