Internal Training program – a) Selection of topics, b) Communication with trainer, c) Arrangement of training material from Library, d) Uploading of additional materials in library, e) Setting of questions and answer from Library, f) Finalizing audience (list of attendees from registered employees), g) Scheduling of the training program and venue, h) notification to the respective audience and associated people, i) Execution of the program, j) Evaluation/assessment of the training program, k) Certification (if required)/ anything else to the attendees
