** Cheese **

We only use 100% natural mozzarella cheese made from milk produced by Wisconsin cows. This means no binders, no preservatives, and NO CELLULOSE (aka wood pulp, which is commonly used in cheese to reduce clumping). Our cheese contains only natural milk and butterfat.

** Crust **

Our dough is made from flour that is milled from high quality, high protein, hard winter wheat grown in Kansas. It contains:

No Chemicals,

No Bleaching Agents,

No Bromate.

We also use fresh yeast in our dough instead of dry yeast in order to produce a deeper and better flavor.

** Tomatoes **

We use tomatoes from California because we believe California tomatoes have a better flavor than those imported from Italy. Tomatoes grown in Italy have an earthy flavor, which is not what Americans have grown up loving. California tomatoes have the classic, sweet tomato flavor we love. They are picked ripe and then packed with no additives.
