MTM Link Driver is allows NEMT drivers to manage their routes in real-time.

MTM is eager to collaborate with providers & is keenly aware that our success is tied directly to providers’ success. We want to enable providers and their drivers to take a more proactive role in fostering both their success & the success of MTM. The MTM Link Driver Application’s objective is to offer providers and their drivers the tools, features & functions to empower their active engagement with MTM. The features and functionality of MTM Link Driver include the following:

• Initial trip summary for the driver

• Number of stops. Total miles to be traveled

• Confirmation by the driver of the list of routes

• Depot out functionality

• Documents route initiation from the address of their depot

• Trip status management

• Pick-up Arrive with late to pick-up reason report

• Pick-up Perform

• Performed Pick-up with passenger signature confirmation

• The passenger did not show for pick-up

• The passenger did not show for pick-up

• The passenger canceled the trip at the “door”

MTM Link Driver provides expanded mobile app functionality to improve drivers’ ability to manage their routes and further works to align the business objectives of MTM with those of providers and independent contractor drivers.
