This keyboard for Khmer script works in all version of Android, starting with 2.x. It includes predictive text for Khmer, helping you complete longer words. The layout is an agreement between the leading language technologists in Cambodia, responding to a request from Google. It is based in the Khmer Standard Keyboard used in Cambodia, with a few changes due to the different layout (less keys per line) used in Android.
This application has been developed by the Open Institute as part of the work on the USAID funded SPICE program. It is licensed under a LGPL license that allows free use, copying and distribution.
