Flow Support is the internal customer service tool used by Enviable Investment's staff to manage

customer conversations over WhatsApp Business. The app is for authorized team members only.

Built on the WhatsApp Business API via Twilio, Flow Support centralises incoming customer messages,

lets staff respond in real time, and keeps a clear record of every conversation.

• Real-time messaging — messages arrive instantly and show delivery and read receipts as they update.

• Media — send and receive images, documents, videos, and audio notes within WhatsApp's 24-hour

customer-service window.

• Broadcasts — reach multiple contacts at once; the app automatically skips anyone outside the 24-hour

window to stay within WhatsApp Business policy.

• 24-hour window awareness — clear visual cues show when a conversation can no longer be messaged,

Flow Support is not for end customers. Customers continue to message Enviable Investment through the

company's public WhatsApp number. This app is only used by Enviable Investment's staff to handle those

incoming messages.
