◇What you can do with the Tokyu Line app◇

[TOQ COIN]

TOQ COIN is a coin exclusive to the Tokyu Line app that can be earned by riding Tokyu Line or purchasing a commuter pass.

You can exchange the accumulated coins for four types of tickets of the digital ticket service "Q SKIP", including the Tokyu Line One-Day Pass.

*A TOKYU ID is required to use TOQ COIN. Please register as a TOKYU ID member.

You can exchange coins for products at half the usual price! Campaign is underway!

[My Page]

If you register the stations, bus stops, and bus routes you frequently use on My Page, you can immediately access timetables, train running positions, bus approach information, bus running positions, etc. You can set multiple items (up to 20 stations, bus routes, and bus lines) and rearrange the display order, so you can use it according to your needs.

[Operation information/Announcements/Push notifications]

You will receive information such as delays and suspension of service for stations and lines registered on your My Page.

Operation information is also delivered by push notifications. You can check the route status and route map in the push notification without opening the app.

*Push notifications for bus operation information are not supported.

[Train running position]

You can check the current position and destination of the train on each line, and the arrival time at each station.

*The Kodomo-no-Kuni Line is not supported.

When you tap "Vehicle information", some routes will display the congestion level of each vehicle (some vehicles on the Denentoshi Line show the real-time congestion level of each vehicle) and the location of free spaces.

[Bus route]

You can set a bus route just by entering the bus stops where you will board and disembark. When you set a bus route, you can check the estimated arrival time at the bus stop, the congestion level, the route, a list of stops to your destination, operation information, etc. in real time. In addition, the update has increased the speed at which bus location information is updated, improving real-time performance.

[Bus location]

You can check the location of buses currently operating by route in real time. Select a bus stop name to display the waiting time until the bus approaches that bus stop and the estimated travel time after boarding.

[Delay certificate]

You can obtain a certificate using the app without waiting in line at the station counter.
