* How to set up access to Wongnai POS Staff *

1. Download the Wongnai POS Staff application on the smartphone for employees or in-store waiters.

2. Contact the Wongnai POS team (call 02-821-5788) to report the need to enable the feature to receive orders via smartphone.

3. Open the Wongnai POS application on the iPad and select the branch you want to use. Then go to Menu> Settings> Staff Mobile to receive the QR code. (If not received, Refresh the information on the PIN and try. Again)

4. Open the Wongnai POS Staff application and scan any QR Code.

5. Enter the user's PIN in the shop to start accepting orders via smartphone

* How to receive orders via Wongnai POS Staff *

1. Select the table number to open the table. Can check items and order food

2. Select the food item, then press 'View orders' to repeat the list, then press 'Send Items' to send orders to the kitchen.

3. If customers want to check food items Or want to request a check Select at the customer's table number and click on the bill image. Then press 'Call for Bill Check'. The bill will be printed out to the cashier immediately.
