Use the WE Connect app to access your accounts through a secure, single sign-on interface that responds in real time and allows Windstream Enterprise customers to:

• Create, update and track support tickets

• Repoint Toll-Free numbers

• Set notification preferences

• Monitor network status, including the operation of SD-WAN EDGE devices

• Access the Windstream Enterprise online community

• Utilize OfficeSuite UC services including voice, video and instant messaging
