The Annual P&CB Leadership Meeting

The annual P&CB Leadership Meeting will be held in Toronto this year on May 30th and will host senior leaders and executives across RBC Personal & Commercial Banking business. This meeting will provide an excellent mix of internal and external speakers featuring open forum dialogue, panel discussions, digitally enabled apps to crowd source feedback and facilitate polling with the audience. This year, the event will also feature exhibit hall showcasing innovative technologies and networking opportunities. The objective will be to:

- Inspire our senior leaders and build understanding of the momentum around our transformation

- Highlight how we are and continue to scale agile capabilities

- Profile innovation at work in the business including digital capabilities

- Celebrate successes and leverage external perspectives to spark new ideas

- Underscore our understanding and focus on client experience with alignment to our strategic priorities
