The 2017 Global Design and Discipline Conference will focus on the important role that Discipline and Design leaders around the world play as stewards of the guest experience.

During this year’s conference you will hear from senior leaders within GO, Global Design, Customer Experience, and Brand as they share their organization’s vision and priorities. We will have working sessions covering topics impacting our hotels every day such as Loyalty and Starwood Integration. And, there will be plenty of time for networking and connecting.
