In Ukemi training are three completely different parts:

A - The moment of the attack itself (where we should attack completely).

B - What happens after the moment of attack (where we have to take care of ourselves, follow the movement and look for the next opening).

C - The moment of going down in either a pin or a throw (where we to have to relate to being close to the ground).

This Ukemi app will focus mainly on the last one – eventhough all this three actions can not be completely separated.

When taking Ukemi we study our relationship to the ground. Aikido is called The Way of Harmony. How do we create harmony with the earth we are walking on?
