VendMAX Service Tech Mobile App enables the service technicians to most conveniently view, update and close their service calls.

With this app, the service technicians can receive notifications on their phone as soon as the service calls are dispatched. They can view the details of the service calls, update the progress, resolve the issues, as well as track the parts needed to resolve the issues – all on their phone. The app also allows them to map the machines with issues to view where they are located, so they can best plan their day.

VendMAX is automatically updated based on the actions of the service tech, completely eliminating the time spent on routing calls, entering call resolutions and closing calls.
