Reminders,diary,chart,meetings for patients diagnosed with neuropathic pain

NeP Diary from Pfizer Healthcare Ireland is a purpose built application for patients diagnosed with Neuropathic Pain to support them in their treatment journey.

NeP Diary will allow patients to personalise their treatment as agreed with their healthcare provider by entering their daily medication dosage and setting medication reminders. If the user’s healthcare provider has advised them to change their medication dose after a certain period of time, the user can adjust their medication dosage to reflect this. The user will see on their timeline that they have taken their medication or if they have missed a dose.

The user can set up new appointments within NeP Diary which includes the name and location of the appointment, the time and date and incorporate reminders for these appointments if they wish.

Within the application, the user can enter a new diary entry if they wish to capture any notes relevant to their treatment journey.

The user can capture and track their pain and ability to function by using the charts section of the app. By using a body map, the user can pin point the location of their pain and rate their pain score and their ability to function via visual analogue scales.
