The Bowflex Boost™ was designed with one simple goal, to keep you moving! Everyday activities like walking, running, and lifting count toward your progress. Tracking your calories, steps, distance, and sleep, is now easier than ever thanks to the pre-programmed daily goals and easy Bluetooth® syncing.

PLEASE NOTE: The Bowflex Boost™ App requires Bluetooth Low Energy (also known BLE or Bluetooth Smart) for it to work. Android implemented Bluetooth Low Energy support in Android 4.3 (and newer revisions).

BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS APP – please confirm that your mobile device supports Bluetooth Low Energy and has Android 4.3 (or newer). If your device does NOT have Android 4.3+ yet – please contact your device manufacturer or carrier to find out when it will be available.
