📋 Progress Reports & Maintenance Workflow

Technicians submit progress reports by scanning NFC tags attached to their respective workplaces. This app links NFC tags to corresponding Google Form Surveys, whose URLs are stored in the description fields of calendar maintenance events.

The NFC tag linking app creates associations between NFC tags and their respective task lists (Google Forms).

Managers create maintenance events in Google Calendar, embedding the Google Form Survey URLs in event descriptions.

The NFC tag linking app also generates a shared calendar for technicians, who use the NFC task list app to scan tags and complete maintenance report forms.

Task lists based on Google Form Surveys include detailed maintenance manuals and job descriptions tailored to specific equipment marked by NFC tags.

These associations are automatically shared with technicians via Google Calendar sharing tied to their Google accounts.

🔧 How Technicians Use the System

Technicians scan NFC tags with the NFC task list app.

The linked Google Form Survey appears automatically.

Technicians fill out the maintenance report forms on-site.

Survey responses are optionally saved in Google Sheets, greatly enhancing supervisor control and oversight.

Relevant maintenance manuals are delivered automatically to technicians, enabling efficient workforce management with reduced costs.

Progress reports increase transparency and can also be used for inventory tracking.

All reports are stored securely on corporate platforms such as Google Forms or Microsoft Teams.
