Fandom Acquired GameSpot, Metacritic, Giant Bomb, and GameFAQs from Red Ventures
Seven leading entertainment and gaming brands including GameSpot, GameFAQs, and TV Guide from Red Ventures have been acquired by Fandom in a deal of around $55 million.

On October 3rd, One of the largest fans platform Fandom announced that they had "acquired a portfolio of entertainment and gaming brands" from Red Ventures for around $55 million deal, including seven brands: GameSpot, Giant Bomb, GameFAQs, TV Guides, Metacritic, Cord Cutters News, and Comic Vine. These are all leading entertainment and gaming brands that have gained a large gamer audience in years, so frankly, this is really a great deal for Fandom to acquire these brands with only $55 million.
