There's no pressure to write every day, and you can add multiple entries on the same day.

It works offline, so you can easily write during your commute or in your spare moments, even without an internet connection.

This app also doubles as a handy notepad.

The app automatically organizes your notes by date and displays them in chronological order.

Calendar Feature

Use the in-app calendar to easily find and view entries from a specific date.

Multiple Theme Colors and Font Sizes

Change the app's theme color (for backgrounds and buttons) to match your mood or preference.

You can also choose between two font sizes for your entry text: standard and large.

Auto-Save Drafts (New in v1.31.0)

No need to worry if the app closes unexpectedly while you're writing.

The next time you open the app, your draft will be automatically restored, right where you left off.

Passcode Lock

Secure your journal with a 4-digit passcode. This feature protects your privacy by preventing others from reading your entries.

The app also includes an auto-re-lock feature to ensure your journal is secured even if you forget to lock it.

As of v2.4.0, biometric authentication is supported. If your device has this capability, you can unlock the app using your fingerprint or other biometric methods.

External Backup

You can back up your journal data to an external location and restore it whenever you need.

If you have an app that can handle external files (like a file manager) installed on your device, you can use it to back up and restore your data.

Examples:

1. Back up your data to your device's internal storage. The exported backup file can be moved or copied using standard file manager apps like Android's "Files" app.

2. If you have the Dropbox app, you can back up your data directly to your Dropbox account.

3. Use your device's Bluetooth to send your backup data to another device.

4. If you have your own FTP server (e.g., provided with a web hosting service), you can install the "ShareViaFtp" app below to back up your data to your server.

Note: The external backup feature creates a standard ZIP file. You can protect this file with a password. If you set a password, it will be used for future backups automatically.

Data Transfer

To migrate your data to a new device (e.g., when changing phones), follow these steps:

1. Use the "Export" feature on your old device to create a backup of your data.

2. Install this app on your new device and use the "Import" feature to load the backup file.

HTML Output (Create a personal archive)

You can also save your journal data as a readable HTML file.

This ensures you can access your entries on any device with a web browser, even without the app.

For example, you can transfer the HTML file to your computer to read your past entries on a larger screen.

Important: For secure data backup and restoration, please use the "Export" feature instead of this HTML output option.
