Healthy 101 was born from the heart and the experience we’ve built through Healthy Sazón.

After supporting our clients for over 5 years—offering balanced meals without sacrificing flavor and helping people in Miami live better—we realized we could do more, go the extra mile.

That’s why we created our new coaching service focused on nutrition, exercise, and mindset. It's designed to support you if you don’t know where to start on your journey to a healthier life or if you feel stuck and want to improve something specific.

We’re not nutritionists, but we do know what it feels like to be lost in trendy diets that don’t work, counting calories without purpose, and feeling frustrated from not seeing results. We've been there. But we learned that the key lies in balance: nourishing your body while still enjoying food, moving with intention, and maintaining a mindset focused on progress—without comparing yourself to anyone else.
