A.S.D. Government Degree College for Women (Autonomous), Jagannaickpur, Kakinada is offering a Parallel Degree Programme in collaboration with TATA Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) sponsored by the Govt. of A.P., and Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad from the Academic Year 2016-17. This will enable students get training in 7 identified Components namely English Communication, Digital Literacy, Legal Literacy, Financial Literacy Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Youth Leadership and People Skills to ensure employment in renowned MNCs, other companies and industries. A.S.D. Govt College for Women (A) is one of the few selected Govt. colleges in A.P. to offer this Training cum Degree program with the 2016-17 admitted batch.
