A minimal app for testing SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

A minimal app for testing SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW support, especially under Marshmallow, especially on Android Wear.

Run the app on Wear, and it should just show two buttons, for testing two different aspects of Marshmallow.

The same buttons appear on the phone app, and should give you some idea of what the successful outcome should be. On the Marshmallow Wear emulator, however, both functions fail, showing error messages like the following:
