Onsight for DISH is a visual support tool that brings the eyes of a technical support representative into the customer's home for quick troubleshooting and identification of issues to allow for a speedy resolution. Onsight for DISH provides a secure and highly interactive experience with live video, telestration, and image sharing - even in limited bandwidth conditions.

Onsight for DISH Feature Summary:

- Share and view live video securely with a technical support representative

- Freeze video or take high resolution images to analyze and discuss in more detail

- Use interactive telestration (drawing) to quickly bring attention to key areas

- Remotely control the field camera including zoom, pause, image capture and lighting

- Perform live video collaboration on high or ultra low bandwidth - as little as 64 kbps required

- Optimize performance on challenging networks with Bandwidth Adaptive Streaming and flexible media configurations
