Mentiply - eine jugendorientierte digitale Mentoring-Plattform

Mentiply is a mentoring app which will cover various aspects of end to end mentoring services from academic consulting services for high school graduates to Career Readiness Skills sharing for university graduates on just one platform with the result-oriented mentoring methods. With the existence of numerous skill coaching sessions and courses available in the market, we found out some pain points of those already in markets such as;

1. The mentoring sessions on social media (e.g. Facebook) and rest of the in-person courses are not flexible for mentees.

2. Current markets still didn’t have a multi-facet of courses and expertise on one virtual platform regardless of time and location yet.

3. Most of the mentoring sessions are not covering enough to touch into some of the particular niche topics. Moreover, those sessions are even overlapping leading to ten mentors from ten different sectors sharing about one topic.

4. We found that the short-term virtual workshop and training sessions can only solve a piece of the puzzle while Mentiply can provide mentoring services for continuous learning.

Apart from the above-mentioned loopholes of the industries, the majority of the high school graduates lack guidance to find out the suitable colleges related to what they’re passionate about. Undergraduate students also need proper mentoring for their career readiness skill improvement. Youths need experienced mentors’ guidance for international scholarship and exchange programs.

To sum up, Mentiply not only provides special solutions for all of those problems but also connects the youths with their right fit mentors from different parts of the industry.
