AQT Test

Effective measure cognitive speed

AQT Test is application created to measure cognitive speed. Test is divided into three parts:

• colors recognizing

• shapes recognizing

• recognizing shapes and colors in this same time

At each stage application shows random generated boards. Amount of boards in each stage is determined by value of multiplier. User can set value of multiplier in start screen before start AQT test. If multiplier have value 1, each stage of test will contain 40 boards. Before each stage application shows tutorial containing 5 boards. Application measure time of finish each stage and time of entire test. All results are saved in device memory.

AQT results are not influenced by age, gender or education. AQT can detect early aberration of brain functions involved in rapidly processing familiar visual information. Because brain damage (including early dementia) often lead to cognitive difficulties and mental slowness, performance in the pathological range on AQT is a significant indication of a need for further investigation of the patient.
