ABN is the manifestation of a vision given to Papa Ayo and Mama Helen Oritsejafor. Papa Ayo is the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). God has instructed Him to "Take my word to the world" and "Build people that will build nations".

ABN has a wonderful CEO in the person of Mama Helen Oritsejafor, she is also the President of the Daughters of Sarah Fellowship, the CEO Eagle Flight Microfinance Bank, Eagle Hand Foundation and others. Papa and Mama are happily married and are blessed with beautiful triplets: Ayodele, Ayodeji and Ayodeta. .

African Broadcasting Network (ABN) has put together a very compact and creative structure which will evolve along with the television and broadcast sector in enhancing programming and organization.
