This new version adds new Device Management features:
* nRF Cloud OTA - Enables highly efficient and compelling remote management of device firmware in multiple levels: modem, middleware and application software.
* nRF Cloud Observability - Collect and analyze metrics, coredumps and logs from every device in your fleet.
For nRF Cloud OTA the device needs to support Monitoring & Diagnostics Service (MDS), as well as Device Information Service (DIS) from which some required parameters are read.
