Sales Manager is an App developer by Redbytes Software Pvt. Ltd. The main focus of the app is Leads generation and Management.The Sales App has powerful features which are designed for the Sales Team.

Lead Management

The Sales Team can manage every particular lead and perform actions on leads such as send Quick call emails, start a Phone call, Book a meeting, check the call history and chat history .The Sales person also gets an Admin area through which leads could be categorised in Hot / Warm / Cold / Won or Unqualified. Sales Team can also Add up important notes on the Admin area.

Complete stats of all the leads along with source is available for every month.

Bulk Call

The Sales Team can make bulk calling Internationally or Domestic using the App also the App provides an option to store details in between of the App

Enquiries Management & Prospecting

The App provides option to manage enquiries from various sources such as Email / call / WhatsApp / chatbot etc. Also the App provides option for prospecting all the enquiries.

Hybrid Chat

The App provides option for the sales team to chat directly with the prospect using in app chat functionality.

Activity log

The App provides an option to the Admin to track over all activity of all users.
