You can enable or disable SMS context announcer.

If user doesn't want any call name announce then you can also do it very easily.

user can set the repetation of announer.

You can set text speech volume.

user can identify caller name and sender name without looking into phone while your phone is in charging.

user can turn off announcer in silent mode easily.
