You can record images taken with your smartphone for each room in the fridge. Checking them while shopping can help reduce forgetting to buy something or buying twice if you've already bought it.

You can also share them between smartphones, which is useful for sharing the shopping load among family members.

・When you open the refrigerator door, the fridge camera automatically takes a photo of the inside of the fridge. You can check the photos on your smartphone, which can help reduce forgetting to buy something, buying twice, or buying too much, and make daily food management easy.

・You can automatically create a list of food images using images from the fridge camera and send reminder notifications.

*Depending on where the food is stored and the angle at which the door is opened, some parts of the refrigerator compartment may not be captured by the camera. The back of the refrigerator compartment, some of the door pockets, and the inside of the special fresh ice room will not be captured. The lower freezer compartment and vegetable compartment will capture the range visible from above. Depending on where the food is stored and how far the cases are pulled out, some parts may not be captured by the camera. Parts hidden by the upper cases when viewed from above and the back of each compartment will not be captured.

●Food management

Take a photo of the food you want to store with your smartphone and record the purchase date and number of days since it was last stored. You can check it in a list. If you register the expiration date, you will be notified by push notification.

●How to use concierge

When you search for the name of the food you want to store, we will guide you to the recommended storage location and storage method according to your refrigerator.

●Home screen

We will inform you of useful information such as "seasonal food" information according to the season, "Shopping recommendation index" that shows the recommendation level for going out shopping according to the weather forecast, and "refrigerator operation status".

●Notification function

Even if you are far away and cannot hear the door alarm, a push notification will notify your smartphone if you forget to close the door.

●Remote function

You can check and set the quick ice making and temperature from your smartphone even when you are out. In addition, you can see a graph of the refrigerator door open time for the last 10 days on your smartphone.

●Support function

You can view the instruction manual when you are in trouble.

*To use the "Refrigerator Camera," you must be near the refrigerator and use the "Hitachi Refrigerator Concierge App" to link your smartphone with the refrigerator. The app is set to off when shipped from the factory. When turned on, power consumption will increase.

*To use the app, an internet connection, a wireless LAN router, and registration with the "Hitachi Home Appliances Members Club" are required.

*The app is free to use, but communication fees will be incurred for downloading and using the service.
